In the Major League season 2010, twelve teams were invited. Three more were selected by viewers from five options. SMS voting result:

• “Kefir” in its debut game in the Premier League beat the vice-champions of 2009 by almost 3 points.

• “Triode and Diode” became the fourth team in the history of the Premier League and the second in the XXI century, which received the maximum score for a warm-up.
• For the first time in six years, this game did not include Leonid Yarmolnik in the jury (Yarmolnik was in the Major League jury in all games, starting from the 2004 final and until the second game of the 2010 season).
• At this game, "Triode and Diode" showed a STEM about a kidnapped bride.
• “Vinnitsa peppers” on this game showed STEM about dreams in a train.

Visitors to amik.ru were asked to decide who would get the tenth team into the quarterfinals. The site received many offers, the following were selected: the tenth team was chosen by the President, league editors and jury members who were present at all three games of the 1/8 final. As a result, Maslyakov, Chivurin, Kuprido, Ernst and Guzman decided to add the Polygraph Polygraphych team (first game) to the quarter-finals.

• In this game, the Dnipropetrovsk National Team showed STEM about two Ukrainian cosmonauts traveling on a train to Baikonur , and the 25th - STEM about a volunteer for space flight.
• In the competition for one song, the Krasnodar Territory National Team sang a song about an alien from Orion who fell into the Kuban village.

• At this game, “Kazakhs” showed a STEM about Kazakhs who are trying to rent an apartment in Moscow; and “Vinnitsa Peppers” - STEM about a class teacher, psychologist and difficult child.
• In their musical homework “LHC / Partners” showed a video about the battle in the Kuban village in the style of the movie “ Night Watch ”.
• In the homework of the team of Kazakhstan, a joke was made that a huge luminous aluminum ball should be built in Astana. Thus, the team predicted the appearance in the capital of Kazakhstan of the largest spherical building in the world - “ Nur Alem ” (“Shining World”).

KVN team The team of the Krasnodar Territory became the champion of the Premier League season 2010.

• In a greeting, “Triode and Diode” showed a clip about the unsuccessful moments of filming the President’s New Year’s address .
• In greeting the Krasnodar Territory Team, the champions of past years took the stage: Dmitry Sokolov ( Ural dumplings 2000), Vitaliy Kolomiets ( BSU - 1999, 2001), Alexander Revva ( Burnt by the Sun 2003), Elena Borshcheva ( Pyatigorsk Team - 2004) and Ararat Keshchyan ( RUDN - 2006).
• At this game, “Kazakhs” showed a STEM about a mother-in-law, who is constantly drawn to Kazakhstan .
• The Krasnodar Territory team became the fourth team to be the first in the first game of the season and the last in the final, after the DGU teams in the 1987/1988 season , Odessa Gentlemen in the 1990 season and Burnt by the Sun in the 2003 season .
