Member of the CPSU (b) . He graduated from the Higher Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1964). At diplomatic work since 1964.
- In 1961, he was the second secretary of the Ulyanovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU.
- In 1964 - 1965 - Advisor and Envoy of the USSR Embassy in Guinea .
- From December 28, 1965 to May 6, 1970 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Mali [1] .
- In 1970 - 1973 - at a responsible job in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
- From October 23, 1973 to April 26, 1978 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Guinea [2] .
- From April 25, 1974 to February 11, 1975 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Guinea-Bissau concurrently [3] .
- In 1978 - 1980 - at a responsible job in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
