Member of the CPSU (b) . He graduated from the Higher Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1964). At diplomatic work since 1964.

  • In 1964 - 1965 - Advisor and Envoy of the USSR Embassy in Guinea .
  • From December 28, 1965 to May 6, 1970 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Mali [1] .
  • In 1970 - 1973 - at a responsible job in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
  • From October 23, 1973 to April 26, 1978 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Guinea [2] .
  • From April 25, 1974 to February 11, 1975 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Guinea-Bissau concurrently [3] .
