Maklakovskaya volost is an administrative-territorial unit in Zhizdrinsky district of Kaluga (from 1920 - Bryansk ) province.

The administrative center is Maklaki village, later Zimnitsy village.
History
The parish was formed during the reform of 1861 [2] . The parish consisted of 6 villages: Maklaki and Pechki villages, Kotovichi , Kotorets , Nikolaevka and Polinnoe villages . In 1918, the village of Kotovichi was assigned to the Zaprudskoy parish.
The population of the parish was: in 1896 - 4608 people. [3] , in 1913 - 4841 people. [4] , in 1920 - 5642 people. [5] .
In the 1920s , when the volosts were enlarged, the neighboring Zaprudskaya, Zimnitskaya , Kosmachevskaya, Kotor and Fominichsky volosts were attached to the Maklakovsky volost, and the volost center was transferred to the village of Zimnitsy ; however, the name of the parish remains the same. In 1926 there were 20 village councils, 114 villages, 6591 courtyards, 35 140 inhabitants in the volost, and its area was 949 sq. M. km [6] .
As of January 1, 1928 the year , Maklakovskiy parish included the following village councils: Bolshezaborsky, Budsky, Bukansky, Vinnozavodskoy, Volkovoslobodskoy, Volovskiy, Gavrilovsky, Dmitrov, Ermolaevsky, Zaprudnovsky, Zimnitsky, Ignatovskiy, Kamensky, Kosmachevskii, Kotovichsky, Kotorsky, Maklakovskiy, Malozymnitsky, Nepolotsky, Nikolaevsky, Pechkovsky, Polyansky, Slobodsky, Fominichsky, Khludnevsky [7] .
In 1929 , with the introduction of the district division, the parish was abolished, and its territory was divided between the Lyudinovsky , Pesochensky (Kirovsky) districts of the Bryansk district and the Duminichsky district of the Sukhinichsky district of the Western region (now all are part of the Kaluga region ).
