History
The creation of the Army Group “Upper Rhine” was supposed, but in reality only the 19th Army and the 14th SS Corps were subordinate to the “Upper Rhine” command.
The 19th Army in January 1945 fell into the Colmar boiler , and the 14th SS Corps was only forming, did not participate in hostilities, and at the end of January 1945 the corps headquarters was transferred to form the 10th SS Corps.
January 24, 1945 the headquarters of the command "Upper Rhine" was transferred to form the army group "Wisla" .
