Biography
- 1940-1943 he served in the Red Army . Member of World War II [1]

- to November 1960 - Secretary of the Arkhangelsk Regional Committee of the CPSU
- reappointed as Secretary of the Arkhangelsk Regional Committee of the CPSU in 1960. And already from November 12, 1960 to June 5, 1965, the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Arkhangelsk Regional Council
