Name Origin
The name of the dead end and the street of the same name has been used since the middle of the 18th century and goes back to the name of the village of Suschevskoye that existed in its place (known from the end of the 14th century), from which the village of Old Suschevo and the village of New Suschevo were formed in the 17th century.
Description
Suschevsky dead end starts from Seleznevskaya street east of Suschevskaya street and runs north parallel to the latter, ending in urban development. There are no houses listed as a dead end; the pre-revolutionary apartment building of N. F. Rzhevsky, which faces a dead end, has an address on Suschevskaya Street (No. 16, p. 8).
