The administrative center is the village of Young Salyn .
History
The parish was formed during the reform of 1861 .
During the enlargement of the volosts, on June 10, 1924, the Salynsk parish was abolished, and its territory was incorporated into the Dubrovsk volost . On September 5 of the same year, Novoselsky and Olsufyevsky village councils were transferred to Zhukovskaya volost .
Nowadays, the territory of the former Salyn parish is divided between the Dubrovsky and Zhukovsky districts of the Bryansk region .
Administrative division
In 1920 in the SALYNSKY parish included the following village councils: Alexinsky, Berestovskii, Berestoksky, Bubnovsky, Budy, Vyshkovichsky, Vyazovsky, Golubeevsky, Devochkinsky, Dolgovsky, Dolzhansky, Dubovetsky, Zagorski, Zelikinsky, Zimnitskoslobodsky, Kazanovsky, Lutovinovsky, Molodosalynsky 1st, 2nd and farm, Novoselsky, Olsufyevsky, Peklinsky 1st and 2nd, Rekovichsky 1st, 2nd and 3rd, Ryabchinsky 1st and 2nd, Setinsky 1st, 2nd and 3rd, Sobolevsky, Starosalynsky, Summinsky. [2] Many of these village councils were insignificant and soon abolished.
