Biography

Born in 1983 in Ashford ( Wicklow County, Leinster , Ireland ) in the family of system administrator Paul McGrath and fashion assistant designer Lane Keogh Mary McGrath. Katie, the youngest of three children, was always very close with her brothers: Rory (post-production producer) and Sean (online media manager).

Career

Graduated at Trinity College , Department of History, in Dublin. In 2007, after working for eight months after the release of Image Magazine, Katie got a job as an assistant costume designer in the historical series The Tudors , where she was advised to seriously think about the profession of an actress.
