BelAZ-75570 - a mining dump truck with a loading capacity of 90 tons is designed as a high-tech truck of a new class of lifting capacity on radial tires 27.00R49 with hydromechanical transmission.

The basis for the development of the design was the direction to achieve high reliability of the dump truck and the resource of at least 600 thousand kilometers with optimal indicators for the unit cost of transportation, productivity, the complexity of maintenance and repair, high comfort at the operator’s workplace, which ensures high technical -economic performance during operation and sufficient competitiveness.
The design of the truck used new technical solutions for a number of components, power elements and systems using modern components.
The truck is equipped with the following components and systems:
- a diesel engine with a working volume of 30 dm³ with a capacity of 783 kW (1050 hp), which complies with TIER I environmental standards;
- automatic hydromechanical transmission 6 + 1;
- dry type disc brakes of the front wheels and multi-disc oil-cooled rear wheels (MMOT) with a separate hydraulic cooling system MMOT. The rear wheel MMO system is an effective retarder, which ensures the movement of a dump truck with a slope load in the required speed range;
- the combined hydraulic steering system and body tipping system to simplify the design and increase the reliability of operation;
- a comfortable double-seat cabin of a new generation that meets all the requirements of international standards with the ROPS security system;
- air-hydraulic suspension with a new guide apparatus, providing a given service life and high-comfortable working conditions for the driver;
- combined fire extinguishing system with remote control;
- automatic lubrication system;
- loading and fuel consumption control systems;
- telemetric tire pressure monitoring system;
- diagnostic systems;
- air conditioning;
The principles of designing the frame, plumage, body provide the specified reliability and durability.
Tests of prototypes of the dump truck showed high efficiency of its operation.
