Location and amenities
Karl Liebknecht street is located between Malyshev and Shevchenko streets, the length from south to north is 1092 m. Since ancient times, it has been an important transport route connecting the city center with the railway station and the northern areas of the city.
History and Architecture
Karl Liebknecht Street It turned out like a business one, there were the 2nd police and fire departments, the central library, the 1st female gymnasium, the city theater, the Public Assembly (educational scene of the theater institute), an art-industrial school, two photo studios: V. L. Metenkov and Terekhov; two lapidary workshops: Lipina and Khomutova; Macaroni factory and Krukovsky wallpaper factory, veterinary clinic. The houses of business people were located: D.P.
