Vilensky period

After graduating from the university, Pyatosin I.S. was appointed a teacher of mathematics and physics in high school at the Shavelsky male gymnasium (the town of Shavli, Kovenskaya province , now Siauliai ). In 1910 he was transferred to Vilnius (now Vilnius ) as a teacher of mathematics and mathematics in the Vilnius Teachers' Institute . During his work in Vilna he taught, besides the institute , in other educational institutions, and also lectured in mathematics and mathematics in short-term summer courses for teachers of higher elementary schools.

At the 1st All-Belarusian Conference of Teachers of Mathematics and Physics ( Minsk , 1926 ), I. S. Pyatosin made a report “On the issue of setting up the teaching of mathematics at school”, and at the 3rd ( Minsk , 1934 ), the report “ Method Heaviside in the integration of differential equations. "

Educational activities
