Shcheglets - granite boulder with bronze age petroglyphs . It is located 2.5 km north of the village of Mytno, Novgorod District, Novgorod Region , on the left bank of the Vishera River.
It is a separate lying granite boulder 1.5 × 2 m in size. Solar (solar) signs, the contours of the palms and bear feet are depicted on the stone.
Shcheglets is the most famous cult stone in the Novgorod region (see investigators ). According to researcher A. A. Formozov, the age of petroglyphs belongs to the Late Bronze Age - II — I millennium BC. e.
