Vincenz Strouhal [1] ( Vincent Struhal ) ( Czech. Vincenc (Čeněk) Strouhal , April 10, 1850 - January 26, 1922 ) - Czech physicist and hydrodynamic specialist in experimental physics. One of the founders of the Department of Physics ( 1907 ) at Charles University in Prague . He was also the rector of this university from 1903 to 1904 .
