Career

Babacar began his career at the football academy of the Rel club in his hometown of Thies . In 2007, Kuma moved to Italy, joining the Pescara club. A year later, the young striker acquired Fiorentina . In December 2009, he began training with the core team. Babacar made his debut as a basis in the match of the 1/8 finals of the Italian Cup against Chievo [2] . In his first match, he managed to distinguish himself by making the score 2: 2. And when Adrian Mutu scored the winning third goal, Babacar was replaced by his teammate Federico Carraro . In Serie A, Babacar made his debut in a match with Lazio in the 26th round, replacing Mario Bolatti in the 58th minute [3] . In his second match in Serie A, Babakar came out in the 57th minute, and after three minutes he took part in the goal combination. In the last minute of the match, he gave an assist to Stevan Jovetić , who scored 3-1 in favor of Fiorentina [4] .
