Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) . Candidate of Economic Sciences ( 1948 ), Professor (1967). He graduated from the Law Faculty of Leningrad University (1931).

- 1941 - 1950 - employee of the apparatus of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b).
- 1950 - 1952 - Deputy Head of the Department of Science of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b).
