The administrative center is the village of Semyachki .
History
The parish was formed during the reform of 1861 ; covered a large forest on the border with Mglinsky county ( "Ramasuhsky forests" ).
In May 1924 , with the disbandment of the Trubchevsky district , the Semyachkovsky volost was also abolished, and its territory was transferred to the Pochepsky district and divided between the Trubchevsky , Pochepsky and Plyuskovsky volosts.
Now the territory of the former Semyachkovsky volost is divided between the Trubchevsky and Pochepsky districts of the Bryansk region .
