Biography
Dagmar Dominchik was born on July 17, 1976 in Kielce .
Daughter of the Polish Solidarity Movement activist Miroslav Dominchik ( Polish: Mirosław Domińczyk ). In 1983, she and her family moved to New York , after her parents were expelled from their native Poland for participating in Amnesty International and the Solidarity movement. In 1998, Dagmar entered Carnegie Mellon University .
In 1999 she worked in the Broadway Theater as an understudy of actress Anna Friel in the play “The Closer” directed by Patrick Marber. In 2003 she played in the play "Sorcerer April".
Personal life
Since June 18, 2005 she is married to actor Patrick Wilson . The couple have two sons: Kalin Patrick Wilson (born 23.06.2006) and Cassian McCarrell Wilson (born 09.08.2009)
Dagmara has two younger sisters - Marika Dominchik (born 1980) and Veronika Dominchyk (born 1986), who are also actresses.
He knows Polish and English, speaks a little French and Spanish.
