Former Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR (1987–1990). Deputy of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 9-11 convocations from the Kyrgyz SSR [1] [2] . [3] . He was elected to the Supreme Council of the 9th convocation from the Issyk-Kul electoral district of the Kirghiz SSR, a member of the Youth Commission of the Council of Nationalities. People's Deputy of the USSR in 1989-1991. Twice Hero of Socialist Labor ( 1976 , 1986 ).

Biography
Born in September 1938 in the village of Kok-Sai, Ton district of the Issyk-Kul region [4] .
In 1969 he graduated from the Issyk-Kul State Farm Technical School, in 1977 - the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute (in absentia).
For 33 years ( 1955 - 1987 ) he worked as a shepherd on the collective farm named after the XII Party Congress of the Tonsk District of Issyk-Kul Oblast, and made a great contribution to the development of sheep farming in the republic.
From August 8, 1987 - Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR . From April 10, 1990 - Advisor to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Since 1991 - head of the farm in his native region of Kyrgyzstan. In 1995-2001, he was simultaneously the head of the Republican Farmers Association of Kyrgyzstan.
Married, has ten children.
