In 1919, a decision was made to allocate a new Rivne volost from Prolysovo volost , and in 1920 - Saltanovskaya volost . However, the Rivne volost, probably, was not created.

In 1924, the Prolysovo volost was abolished, and its territory was transferred to the Bezhitsky district and annexed to Navlinsky volost .

Now the whole territory of the former Prolysovo volost is part of the Navlinsky district of the Bryansk region .
