Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The Federal State Treasury Educational Institution “Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia ” was established on March 21, 1974 , by creating the Kazan Training and Consulting Center (UKP) of the Moscow branch of legal correspondence education at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR . The first 105 students were recruited that year.

• Elmanov G.F. (born 1925) - retired colonel of internal service, head of the Kazan training and counseling center of the Moscow branch of legal distance learning at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR from 04/22/1974 to 05/18/1978.
• Yapeev S.Z. (1914-1993) - lieutenant general of the internal service, head of the Kazan branch of the Moscow branch of legal distance learning at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR .
• Muginov R. Sh. (Born 1929) - retired colonel of internal service, head of the Kazan branch of the Moscow branch of legal correspondence training at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR from 12/01/1984 to 07/06/1993. Honored Worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Safiullin N. Kh. (Born 1948) - Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ph.D. in Law, Professor , Major General of the Police. Member of the Council of Rectors of the Republic of Tatarstan . Member of the Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Tajikistan. Member of the Security Council of the Republic of Tajikistan.
• Zinnurov Foat Kanafievich (born 1959) - major general of the police, doctor of pedagogical sciences, associate professor. Head of the Institute since 10/16/2008.
