The Association of Used Car Dealers is a Ukrainian non - profit self - regulatory organization that unites car dealers that sell used vehicles . Established in the summer of 2008.

Practically all large Ukrainian car dealerships have used sites for used vehicles [1] , but dealers' activities in the secondary market are hampered by the widespread distribution of illegal schemes and trading practices in the spontaneous market, in order to protect the interests of official dealers and an association was created [2] .
Activity
The Association defends the interests of dealers in state bodies , in particular, the adoption by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of a draft law [3] , which legalizes the sale of cars under the trade-in scheme, is being lobbied. The bill was passed in the first reading in November 2009 [4] .
The association interacts with representatives of related industries. In particular, on her initiative, the warranty service on used cars was introduced and actively distributed among dealers [5]
The association also assists entrepreneurs in opening car dealerships, sites for selling used cars, car complexes in all regions of Ukraine [6] .
