Biography
Born in 1901 in a large family in the aul Kairat (today - Karakalpakstan , Uzbekistan ). From an early age he was engaged in shepherding. In the 30s, due to hunger, he moved to the Irgiz district of Aktobe region. In 1932 he joined the Communist Party . From 1931 to 1934 he worked in the Irgizsky regional society of cooperation. In 1934, he was elected chairman of the village council in Szel Jabasak. From 1939 to 1942, he worked as chairman of the Irgizskiy District Planning Commission. From 1945 to 1946 he was chairman of the village council of the village of Uzynkol, Aktobe region. In 1946 he was appointed chairman of the Karasai collective farm. In 1934 - 1946, Uteu Kudaibergenov was the chairman of Uzunkolsky, then Zhobasaki, Shetirgizsky aulsky executive committees of workers' deputies. [one]
Since 1946, he worked as chairman of the Karasai collective farm in the Irgiz district of Aktobe region . Under the leadership of Kudaibergenov, the collective farm exceeded the planned targets, the number of livestock doubled. [one]
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of 3-4 convocations. He was awarded two orders of Lenin and USSR medals.
