History
In 1795, it was part of the Aznaev Tube . The 13th yurt of the 7th canton included four villages of the Aznaeva tuba of the Yurmatyn volost: Sairanovo, Aptikovo, Malomaksyutovo, Arlarovo, as well as 3 villages of the Ilsektimerovaya tuba of the Teltim-Yurmatinsky volost (Gumerovo, Yuldashbaevo, Isiskisakovo) [2] .
For a long time, the main direction of employment was horse breeding and beekeeping . Tillage was developed, which has now become the main one. In 78 yards with 489 inhabitants there were 1,158 horses, 854 cows, 278 sheep, 87 goats. 359 beehives in the village in 1839. Three years later, 328 poods of winter and 1330 pounds of spring bread were sown here.
Previously, it was the center of the abolished Salikhovsky village council .

Geographical position
Located on both banks of the Seleuk River. In the vicinity, the Soyeny and Sungurelga rivers flow into Seleuk, and Kyzlar-Karaul Mountain is located to the east. To the north of the village, on the road to Aptikovo there is Sangy-tau mountain.
