Sports career

Ulsson has been participating in junior skiing competitions since 1998 . In 2001 he made his debut in adult competitions.

Thrice participated in the Olympic Games. At the Turin Olympics in 2006, he won a bronze medal in the 4 Γ— 10 km relay , and took 6th place in the 15 km race. At the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, he first became the Olympic champion in the relay . In the 30 km race (15 + 15), he was the first to compete for a long time, with a maximum separation of 25 seconds from the group of pursuers, but did not hold the lead and eventually took third place. In the final 50 km race, Olsson was also third.
