The first release came out in 2002 as a continuation of the old Top Gear , closed in 2001 due to low ratings. Top Gear was restarted in the same year, Five initially wanted to continue using the Top Gear label, but the BBC denied it. Former Top Gear presenters , Quentin Wilson, Tiff Needle and Vicky Butler-Henderson have gone to Channel Five to broadcast. [1] [2]

History

The very first issue of the TV show Top Gear started in 1978. In 1987, the lead was the former Formula 1 driver Tiff Needle . In 1989, Jeremy Clarkson, a former Top Gear show host, joined him. In the 1990s The show aroused great interest among the public and unheard of success among all car lovers. While the number of Top Gear fans was increasing, Jeremy Clarkson decided to leave the television show. He shot a huge number of videos and released video cassettes of the same automotive theme. In 2001, the BBC decided to close the popular TV show [ neutrality? ] , unable to withstand scandalous glory. A year later, the television show "Fifth Transmission" appeared on Channel Five , the presenter of which was the very Tiff Needle. She opened to the public something new, and in a completely different style of performance .
