History
Air Satellite was founded in early 1968 and began operating flights in May of that year. Initially, the company was created by Jean Fournier and Riel Pauline as a flight school for training aircraft pilots. Subsequently, Air Satellite acquired several small local carriers and began to operate commercial flights for the transport of passengers and goods.
At the beginning of 2010, Air Satellte was wholly owned by Gaston Jean Fournier, with a permanent carrier of thirty people.

As of August 2007, the following planes made up the air fleet of Air Satellite [1] :
- Raytheon Beech King Air 100 - 2 units;
- Cessna 402 - 3 units;
- Cessna 310 - 1 unit.
