Territorial parks of the Northwest Territories are managed by the Department of Tourism and Parks of the Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment of the Northwest Territories of Canada . Currently, there are more than thirty territorial parks, divided into four groups: historical parks, natural parks, amusement parks and roadside parks [1] .
In addition to the territorial parks in the Northwest Territories, there are six national parks and a national landmark, the management of which is in the hands of the Canada Parks agency.
