Novotroitsky is a village in the Alnashsky district of Udmurtia , part of the Technikumovskoye rural settlement . It is located 9 km south-east of the village of Alnashi and 91 km south-west of Izhevsk .

History
According to the results of the tenth revision of 1859–1873, in the 10 yards of the state-owned repair Novotroitsky (Kuyanovo, Kutlovka) of the Elabuga district of the Vyatka province were inhabited by 57 male and 50 female residents [2] . In 1981, 17 families lived in the village with a total of 119 inhabitants. The main trade was bargaining wood. [3] For 1914, the inhabitants of Novotroitsky (Kotnyr-mending) repair were listed as parishioners of the Holy Trinity Church in the village of Alnashi [4] .
In 1921, due to the formation of the Votsky Autonomous Region , repairs were transferred to Mozhginsky district . In 1924, with the consolidation of village councils, he became part of the Alnashsky village council of the Alnash volost, and in 1925 - Kucheryanovsky village council [5] . In 1929, the county-volost administrative division was abolished and repairs were assigned to the Alnash region [6] . In the same year, complete collectivization began in the USSR, during which the agricultural collective (collective farm) "Collectivist" was formed in the village [7] .

In 1950, the consolidation of agricultural enterprises, the collective farm “Collectivist” was abolished, several neighboring collective farms were united into one collective farm named after Lenin [7] .
By the resolution of the State Council of the UR of October 26, 2004, the repairs of the Novotroitsky Technikumovsky village council were transformed into the village of Novotroitsk [9] . In November of the same year, the Technikumovsky village council was transformed into the municipality of Technikumovskoe and was given the status of a rural settlement [10] . And on July 12, 2005, the name was returned - the village of Novotroitsky [11] .
