Sergey Borisovich Smagin (born September 8, 1958 , Norilsk ) - Soviet and Russian chess player , grandmaster ( 1987 ). Mathematician. Vice President of the Chess Federation of Moscow (ShFM). Director of the T.V. Chess Club Petrosyan [1] .
