Bryansk-Vostochny - class II freight railway junction for 129 km of the Oryol - Bryansk-Orlovsky section, located in the Fokinsky district of the city of Bryansk . The station is adjoined by 3 stages from the stations of Bryansk-Orlovsky, Bryansk-Lgovsky, Snezhetskaya. The station serves the interchange of these areas, as well as ways of non-public use of industrial enterprises of the adjacent industrial zone (primarily Transneft Druzhba JSC). The main tracks No. 1, 2, as well as track No. 3 are electrified.

Station Bryansk-Vostochny is not intended for passenger service. Embarkation and disembarkation of suburban passengers is carried out on the platform of the same name, located on 130 km of the Oryol - Bryansk-Orlovsky section, actually outside the station border; every day, 5-6 suburban trains in each direction follow through it. There is lighting; until February 2001, there was a canopy on the passenger platform (dismantled to extend the exhaust route No. 22, which was not done so).
Near the station there are 2 two-story residential buildings and several one-story residential buildings along the street called Vokzalnaya (in Bryansk there is another, much more significant Vokzalnaya street ).
