Located on the right bank of the river. Millers (right tributary of the Partizanskaya river).
The road to the village of Melniki from Partizansk goes through the villages of Avangard and Uglekamensk , the distance to the village of Avangard is about 10 km, to Uglekamensk about 15 km, to the central part of the city of Partizansk about 30 km.
To the north of the village of Melniki up the river valley there is a road to the village of Zalesye .
History
It is named after the first settlers, who were brothers Ivan and Demid Melniki with their families. In 1899 they came to the Far East from the Volyn province .
In the years 1914-2004. in Melniki there was an elementary school.
