The company was founded in Quebec in 1986 by Marcel Leger and his son Jean-Marc Leger (opinion polls specialist), who currently runs the company, of which he is president. Since its inception, the company has expanded its operations throughout Canada and the United States . Its offices are located in Montreal , Toronto , Quebec , Edmonton , Calgary , Ottawa , Philadelphia , Denver and Tampa .
