The administrative center is the village of Lyudkovo (since the 1930s, the northern outskirts of the city has been within the city of Novozybkov ).
History
The parish was formed during the reform of 1861 .
During the enlargement of volosts, in March 1923, the Lyudkovskaya volost was disbanded, and its territory became part of the Novozybkovskaya and Zlynkovskaya volosts.
Nowadays, the territory of the former Lyudkovsky volost is part of the Novozybkovsky and Zlynkovsky districts of the Bryansk region .
