Biography
The illegitimate son of a descendant of the famous Chelishchevs . He early showed the ability to draw, but according to Russian laws, as a rootless, he could not receive a proper education until his own father formalized the recognition of paternity with all the powers.
He first studied at the railway school of Yelets , only in 1904 - at the Moscow School of Music , which he graduated in 1911 with the title of architect.
In 1905 he worked as an assistant to the district architect.
In 1911 he received the title of architect. Member of the Moscow Architectural Society since 1913 .
At the end of his life he was engaged in restoration of buildings, superstructures of old residential buildings.
He lived in a communal apartment in Denezhny Lane near Arbat in a house with a superstructure designed by him.
An urn with ashes was buried in the columbarium of the Don cemetery .
Daughter Natalya Chelischeva, also an artist, worked as an art editor in the editorial office of a movie publishing house, after the death of her parents, she lived in the same apartment in Arbat lane.

Anna Romanovna Izryadnova was Esenin's first wife (civil marriage), with whom they had a son, Yuri (who was executed in 1937 [4] ), and continued to maintain friendly relations with the poet.

- The corps of the Iversk community of sisters of mercy on the territory of the Children's Hospital No. 20 named after K. A. Timiryazev ( 1910 - 1912 , Bolshaya Polyanka St. , 20). Money in the amount of 80,000 rubles for the construction of two buildings was donated by the merchant Z. G. Morozov: “The opening took place in 1911. In addition to the wards and the operating room, equipped with the latest science of the time, they housed an X-ray room, a laboratory, and a sterilization chamber with an autoclave . In the attached outpatient clinic, specialists received patients . ” [6]
