Biography
After the death of Inge the Younger , troubled times began in Sweden. In Uppland , Ragnwald was elected king. By tradition, the new king was supposed to make "Eriksgatu" - a detour of the lands subject to him. As a result, he was recognized in Östergötland , but when he visited Westergötland, Ragnwald did something stupid without taking hostages of representatives of the local Goethe . As a result, the king was killed, and the Getae elected Danish prince Magnus the Strong as their king. The power of the svei over the Getae was restored only a few decades later by Sverker Senior .
