History

The rural settlement continues the history of the Vilgort, Bigichi and Tsydva graveyards as part of Cherdyn Uezd . In 1623, the villages of Kozy, Vylib, Istominsky, Kalgort, Yakim Izhypteleva, Carmegort, Gomgort (Shipitsyno), Begil and Klochikhin belonged to the Pogost of Vylgort, and Tsydva - the Simanov wasteland.

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Perm Region of November 10, 2004 No. 1735-355 “On the Approval of Borders and on the Granting of the Status of Municipalities of the Cherdyn District of the Perm Territory” [2]
