Biography
Born into a peasant family.
In 1946 he graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks.
Since March 1927 - a student at the school of clerical and commercial apprenticeship, the city of Frunze.
In 1931-1933 - Chairman of the Ketmen-Tyube District Consumer Union of the Kyrgyz Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
In 1933-1937 - Head of the Ketmen-Tyubinsky, Naukatsky, Talas district financial departments.
In 1937-1938 - Head of the Tax Department of the People’s Commissariat of Finance of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1938-1939 - Chairman of the collective farm in Ketmen-Tyubinsky district.
In 1939 - the head of the regional land department, chairman of the district executive committee of Ketmen-Tyubinsky district of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1939-1941 - Head of the Jalal-Abad regional financial department of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1941-1942 - Chairman of the Jalal-Abad Oblast Executive Committee.
