Bairamova Fauzia Aukhadievna ( Tat. Fәүzia Aukhadi kyzy Bәyrәmova ; born December 5, 1950 in the village of Sabai, Sabinsky district of Tatarstan ) is a Tatar writer, prominent public figure, human rights activist, candidate of historical sciences ( 2006 ) [1] , chairman of the Ittifak party, famous activist of the Tatar nationalist [2] movement and political opposition in Tatarstan.

Biography
After graduating from high school, Fauzia Bayramova continued her education in Kazan, first at the theater school, then at the philological faculty of Kazan State University (1983-1989). She began her professional career by working at a local television studio in Kazan . She later worked as an editor in a book publishing house.
In 1986, becoming an accomplished writer, she was admitted to the USSR Writers Union . Her literary works include such works as “Bolyn” (“Meadow”, 1986), “Sngat dunyasyna syakhak” (“Journey into the world of art”, 1989), “Moy” (“Melody”, 1991), “Maydan tatarlarny ketə ”(“ The Square is Waiting for the Tatars ”, 1992),“ Kara Urman ”(“ Black Forest ”, 1997),“ Besne Onytmagyz ”(“ Do Not Forget Us, ”1998) and“ Doverl Kecheshendə ”(“ At the Crossroads of Centuries ”, 1998 ) In 1994-98, she was a member of the Presidium of the Union of Writers of Tatarstan. Political activity
Since 1989, she has been active in political activity. She entered the initiative center of the Popular Front of Tatarstan (1989), but soon withdrew from it due to political differences. Since 1989, she participated in the activities of the Tatar Public Center (TOTs), and became one of the founders of Ittifak [4] , the first non-communist party in Tatarstan. The main goal of the Ittifak party is to achieve the independence of Tatarstan [5] and establish a democratic political system in the republic. At the first congress of the party, Bayramova was elected its chairman and was re-elected to the same post at the fourth congress in 1997 .
She published her newspaper Altyn Urda (Golden Horde) before its closure by the Tatarstan authorities. In 1990-1995 was a deputy of the Republic of Tatarstan. [3]
In the Russian media it is considered an active opponent of "Russian colonialism" and is accused of a supportive attitude towards the so-called "liberation mission of German National Socialism" [6] . Fauziya Bayramova is considered by many to be the leader of the radical wing of the Tatar national movement (“the grandmother of Tatar nationalism”). In recent years, she began to gradually move away from active political activity in connection with worsening health.
In 2010, the court of Naberezhnye Chelny was found guilty of inciting ethnic hatred and sentenced to 1 year probation [7] for distributing the text of the resolution of the session of the Milli Majlis of December 20, 2008, at which the composition of the "Tatarstan government in exile" and appeal were approved "To all states of the world and the UN" with a request to recognize the state sovereignty of Tatarstan, "proclaimed on August 30, 1990" [8] .
In 2014, she was again found guilty of inciting ethnic hatred (article 282, part 1) and sentenced to 1 year probation for publishing on social media the entry “Beasts and Victims” and “Statements of the Milli Majlis of the Tatar People on the Situation in Ukraine and Crimea” [8] .
She is a regular participant in the annual political campaign "Day of Remembrance and Sorrow of the Tatar People" ( Tat. Khәter kөne ), held in Kazan on the anniversary of the capture of the capital of the Kazan Khanate by Ivan the Terrible .

The author of more than 30 fiction, journalistic, and poetry books and hundreds of articles in Tatar and Russian. Author of books:

Awards and prizes
She was awarded the medal “In memory of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan”, the sign “For Contribution to Culture”, winner of the Gayaz Iskhaki Prize .
Family
Fauzia Bayramova lives in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny .
She has two children: daughter Zulfiya Kadyrova currently lives in the United States and is working on her doctoral dissertation on the history of Islam . The son, Suleiman, studied at the Islamic University in Malaysia in 2000 [3] .
In 1992, Fauzia Bayramova visited Saudi Arabia and performed a hajj .
