It is located in the northern part of the archipelago in the waters of the Strait of Triningen between the islands of Karl Alexander and Hohenlohe at a distance of almost 7 kilometers northeast of the coast of the island of Karla Alexander and 3.8 kilometers south of Hohenlohe.
The island is not covered with ice, has no hills, in the north - rare rocky placers. It has a round shape with a diameter of about 250 meters.
