History
The village of Milniki was founded by the efforts of the Nezhin bourgeoisie, in 1450 belonged to Petrovsky, whose widow married the Nezhin voit Tsurkovsky.
In 1648, King Vladislav IV granted Alexander Petrovich Tsurkovsky, the village of Kukshin with Kolesniki and the village of Milniki, the rights to them were confirmed by letters of letters from Bohdan Khmelnytsky and Tsarist.
