Artyom Igorevich Fiedler (July 14, 1983, Sverdlovsk ) - Russian footballer, midfielder and captain of the Ural club.

Biography

He started playing football at the age of 7, the first team was IFC “ VIZ-Sinara ”, and the first coach was his father, Igor Vladimirovich Fidler. He came to professional football after the army ^[1] .

In the early 2000s, together with his brother Vladimir, he played for the Metallurg (Zlatoust) football club for the Russian championship among football teams of the third division.

From July 2005 to the end of 2010 he played for Ural , was the team's vice-captain .

As part of the Kuban, 2011

At the end of December 2010 he moved to Kuban , according to the sports director of which Artyom liked the club’s head coach in a full-time meeting between Kuban and Ural ^[2] , because he has a set of qualities necessary for bringing the team good and pouring in the main team can play both in defense and in the center of the field ^[3] . The player signed a contract with Kuban for a period of 3 years ^[4] , while the club began negotiations with him in early December ^[1] . He made his debut in the Kuban on March 13, 2011 in the home match of the 1st round of the championship against Kazan Rubin ^[5] .

In December 2013, Fidler returned to Ural, signing a two-year contract with the club ^[6] . Subsequently, the agreement was extended ^[7] .

May 2, 2017 became one of the defendants in a fight with Lokomotiv football players during the final match of the Russian Cup . In an interview with the media said that the fight began after an insult by foreign players of the capital's club. Fidler also promised that he would “never give a hand” to Lokomotiv midfielder Manuel Fernandes who insulted his mother ^[8] . In 2019, Fidler said that Fernandes apologized to him ^[9] .
