Israel at the 1960 Summer Olympics

Israel took part in the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome ( Italy ) for the third time in its history, but did not win a single medal. The national team consisted of 23 athletes (17 men, 6 women) who took part in competitions in athletics, weightlifting, cycling, fencing, gymnastics, shooting and swimming.
