History
Presumably founded in the late 1920s - early 1930s as a settlement at the 2nd farm of the stud farm No. 2 [2] . Later, the 4th farm of the Komissarovsky state farm. In August 1963, the name Kuropatin Farm was assigned [3] .
General physical and geographical characteristics
The farm is located in the east of the Zimovnikovsky district within the Ergeninsky Upland, which is part of the East European Plain , at an altitude of about 108 meters above sea level. The terrain is flat [4] .
By road, the distance to Rostov-on-Don is 370 km, to the district center of the village of Dubovskoye - 59 km, to the administrative center of the rural settlement of the village of Prisalsky - 10 km [5] .
