Joanna Sulej ( Polish: Joanna Sulej ; born September 16, 1989 in ицеosice , Poland ) is a Polish figure skater in pair skating . With Mateusz Hruscinsky, she is a two - time champion of Poland (2009 and 2010). In addition, she is a two-time champion of Poland among juniors in single skating (2005 and 2006).

Career
Yoanna Sulei began to skate at the age of 7 years. Until 2006, she performed in singles, twice became the champion of the country among juniors. However, the international arena showed poor results. After the 2005–2006 season she switched to pair skating. The first partner was Maciej Lewandowski , but this couple did not participate in the competition.
In March 2008, she paired up with Mateusz Hruscinsky , also a former solitary . The couple was training with the mother of Mateusz Ivona Mydlya-Khrustsinsky .
In September 2009 , having taken 10th place at the Nebelhorn Trophy , they won one license for Poland in pair skating for the Vancouver Winter Olympics . At the Games were 18, and at the subsequent World Cup - 15.
In the 2010-2011 season, the couple broke up with Khruszinsky, although they took part in the same tournament ( “Nebelhorn Trophy” - 6th place).
