Biography
In 1908 he graduated from the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture with the title of class artist of architecture. Since 1900 he worked as a temporary assistant to district architects. In 1914 he was appointed senior assistant to city architects. In 1918, V. D. Glazov was appointed a member of the Technical Council of the Bureau of the Moscow Council of District Dumas. He lived in Dokuchaev Lane , 17 [1] . After the October Revolution, he was on the Technical Council of the Construction Department of the Council of Moscow District Dumas, headed the III, XIV and XV districts of the city in the Construction Department of the Moscow City Council, built residential, industrial and public buildings in Moscow, Novosibirsk and Sochi [2] .
