Biography

Larisa Pashkova was born on October 12, 1921 in the town of Balakhna, Nizhny Novgorod province .

The younger sister of the actress of the theater of Vakhtangov Theater , A. A. Pashkova .

Following her older sister, she entered the drama school at the Vakhtangov Theater, graduating in 1942 , just like her sister, was accepted into the Vakhtangov Theater.

She taught at the Theater School named after BV Shchukin , and in addition she taught at other theater studios, in particular, at the Ossetian and Tuva national studios.

The life of the actress, having begun so rosy, developed tragically. She got into a car accident, she was operated on, but her injury was left: one leg became shorter than the other. After several years of inactivity, Pashkov offered the theater to stage the play “The Pitfall” of Zola, where she played the lame Gervaise. But then it was not easy to hide her physical imperfection, the lameness carried with her a professional tragedy, nevertheless the actress bravely went on the scene.

And soon a new misfortune broke out in her life. Yu. V. Andropov, who came to power , began loud demonstration processes on bribery and embezzlement. The result was an arrest in 1982 for the bribery of Larisa Pashkova’s husband, Soyuzgostsirk’s director general, Anatoly Kolevatov and his sentence: 13 years [1] (according to other sources - 15 [2] ). Kolevatov was released early, but he no longer met his wife - she committed suicide in Moscow on February 14, 1987 .

She was buried at Kuntsevo Cemetery in Moscow [3] .
