History
It was founded in 1996 , in the same year it delivered Tu- 204-100 on a lease basis to Perm Airlines . In 1999, this aircraft was transferred to Siberia Airlines, and in 2000 it was sold.
In 1997, the company leased Tu- 204-100 to Kavminvodyavia . In 1999, Perm Airlines leased the Yak-40 , which was purchased by the airline in 2003; the aircraft was sold to this company. In 2002, Bashkir Airlines was leased to the Tu-154B, a year later this plane was sold to Perm Airlines. Also, in the early 2000s, 3 UTair aircraft were leased by UTair , and in 2006-2007, 7 Tu-154M aircraft were delivered to UTair, which were subsequently transferred to the ownership of the airline.
