Biography
He was born on April 12, 1925 in the village of Bolshaya Mikhailovka (now Kirovsky District, Karaganda Region of Kazakhstan) in the family of an employee. Russian
He graduated from 10 classes in the village of Maykain-Gold of the Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan. He worked as a driller in a mine.
In the Red Army since January 1943. He studied at the Tambov Military Infantry School. On the fronts of World War II - from August 1943.
During the Great Patriotic War, he participated in forcing the Dnieper (1943), the Korsun-Shevchenkovsky operation , in the battles for the liberation of Bucharest, Budapest, Vienna, and Prague. He was twice wounded. As part of the troops of the Transbaikal Front, as the foreman of reconnaissance of the 6th Guards Tank Army, he took part in the defeat of militaristic Japan.
After demobilization, he studied at the Kirov Ural Polytechnic Institute, in 1950 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Law School. After its completion - an investigator , assistant prosecutor, prosecutor in the Topchikhinsky district of the Altai Territory.
In 1953−1959 - Secretary, second secretary of the CPSU district committee for the Volodarsky MTS zone,
in 1959−1962 - Chairman of the Topchikhinsky District Executive Committee .
In the years 1962-1964 - the first secretary of the Zmeinogorsk district committee of the CPSU.
In 1964−1979 - First Secretary of the Shipunovsky District Committee of the CPSU.
In 1957, he graduated in absentia from the All-Union Law Institute, and in 1965, in absentia, the Slavgorod Agricultural College.
In 1979−1989 - First Deputy Chairman of the Altai Regional Executive Committee.
Member of the CPSU (b) / CPSU since 1945. He was elected a delegate to the 24th and 25th congresses of the CPSU, a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, a candidate member of the bureau of the krai committee of the party, and a deputy of the regional council of people's deputies.
Since 1989 he was retired.
While retired, he did a lot of community work. He was a member of the Russian Committee of War Veterans and Military Service. Since 1991 - Chairman of the Altai Regional Committee of Veterans of War and Military Service.
Participant of the Victory Parade in 1990 and 1995 in Moscow.
He died on February 9, 2010 at the 85th year of his life. He was buried with military honors in Barnaul , at the Vlasikhinsky cemetery [1] .
