Rabbit ( Fin. Jänissaari - “ Rabbit Island ”) is a small island in Lake Ladoga . It belongs to the group of western Ladoga skerries . Geographically refers to the Priozersky district of the Leningrad region of Russia .

Drawn from northwest to southeast. Length 0.4 km, width 0.2 km.
Located at the exit from the Gulf of Lehmalahti, south-east of the island of Monossari . The Hare Island is high and wooded. From the northeast side there is an underwater (to a low level of water - surface) ridge of stones.
In 1939-1944, at the eastern end of the island, the Finns established a guard observation point. It is a concrete square parapet with a height of 1 m from the surface, a depth to the height of a person and the size of 4 × 4 m. The thickness of the walls is 30 cm.
It is better to stand on the western side of the island, where there is a pebble beach. There is also parking under the rock on which the navigation mark is installed.
