Vasily Kuzmich Akulintsev (March 21, 1916 - March 28, 1993) [1] - Soviet state and party leader. Member of the CPSU since 1944; First Secretary of the Karaganda Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan (1968-1979).

Biography
Born into a peasant family. Russian .
He graduated from the Magnitogorsk Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (1941) and the HPS under the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) (in absentia) (1947).
In the years 1931-1941. - on the Komsomol, trade union and economic work in the city of Magnitogorsk . Since 1939 - planner of Metallostroy trust “Magnitostroy”.
Since 1941 - technologist, head of the blooming shift at the Zlatoust Metallurgical Plant .
Since 1944, at the party and leading economic work.
- 1950-1951 first secretary of the Enakiev city committee of the CP (b) of Ukraine,
- 1952-1956 - Head of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan,
- 1956-1961 - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan
- 1961-1962 - Chairman of the Council of National Economy of the Turkmen SSR,
- 1962-1965 - Deputy Chairman of the Central Asian Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPSU
- 1965-1968 - Inspector of the Central Committee of the CPSU.
In 1968-1979 - First Secretary of the Karaganda Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU in 1971-1981. Member of the CPSU since 1944. Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR : Council of Nationalities from the Turkmen SSR (6th convocation, 1962-1966) and Kazakh SSR (9th convocation, 1974-1979) [2] [3] ; Council of the Union of the Karaganda region (8 convocation, 1970-1974) [4] . In the 9th Supreme Council elected from the Railway Electoral District No. 136 of the Kazakh SSR, a member of the Commission on the construction and industry of building materials of the Council of Nationalities [3] .
Since 1979, retired.
He was buried in Moscow at the Troyekurovsky cemetery .
